The newest edition of the FDA guidance document for seafood HACCP regulated entities in the United States and abroad is now available on the FDA website.
Also on the website is an FDA video outlining some of the significant changes in the 4th Edition as well as information about a new Seafood HACCP e-mail address, SeafoodHACCP@fda.gov, where constituents may send questions about the content of the new Hazards Guide.
