The LSU AgCenter is offering “AFDO Sanitation Control Procedures (SCP)” and “Basic Seafood HACCP” training courses. The SCP training will be held on Monday, July 23 and the HACCP course will be held on Tuesday, July 24 through Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Efferson Hall, LSU, Baton Rouge.

These courses are limited to the first 25 paid registrants. The registration fee for the SCP program is $95.00 and the HACCP course fee is $195.00 per person.
